Mathematics is one of the important subjects that underlie other sciences. Rapid progress in field information and communication technology today also based on development mathematics . One ways author tries to concretize fractional material use real objects. The display uses rainbow cikas media, which media made from used CDs, are widely available considered useless waste.The purpose this study was improve understanding concept fractions with Rainbow Cikas fourth grade students. focus research increasing marked by an increase average value daily tests, percentage students who reach KKM, student responses learning using media.The data sources teachers. Data collection through observation, interview, documentation triangulation techniques. Triangulation defined as a technique combines various techniques existing sources. validity consists 4 namely transferability test credibility test, reliability confirmability so researcher collects while testing data, checking criteria for success measured minimum point 70, 80% have reached specified KKM respond good category.The results showed could fractions. This evident achievement all set out study. Among them class, achieved score school increased, were category.
